Our shop’s motto is to live life “one pawprint at a time”! We believe in bringing awareness to the unconditional love dogs provide and which exists in the present moment. Berner rescue and preserving the Bernese breed is very important to us – so our business gives back by donating a portion of proceeds from select Bernese-themed items to the National Bernese Mountain Dog Rescue Network and the Bernese Mountain Dog Charitable Foundation.
When Willow and I made a pact to do life together, I knew I had to include her in my business venture. She is the muse and mascot behind Girl with the Bernese. We opened an Etsy shop which combines my love for candle-making and dogs. Our shop offers a range of handmade, 100% soy, eco-friendly candles – available in a variety of scents, sizes, and styles. In the spirit of honoring the animals who share our lives, there are also pet-themed paw print melts as well as a pet memorial/gift option of personalizing a glass jar candle with your favorite pet photo.
